Buying
Buying a home, minus the overwhelm
Most of my clients are buyers — many of them first-timers. My job is to make the process feel simple: we figure out what actually fits, line up a local lender, and tour homes that match instead of everything on the internet.
- Start with a 60-second questionnaire — no long forms, no pressure
- Pre-approval help from lenders I work with every week
- Showings scheduled around your life, not a 9-to-5
- Offers explained line by line before you sign anything
Selling
Selling? Let's price it on evidence
When it's time to sell, we start with what comparable homes are actually closing for — not wishful thinking — then get your home in front of buyers with professional presentation and a plan for the timeline.
- A pricing conversation grounded in real comparable sales
- Listed through Epique Realty with full MLS exposure
- Honest prep advice — what matters, what doesn't
- Contract deadlines managed through closing day

From first look to front door
Five steps, in plain English. If you're a first-time buyer, this is the whole map — and I'll be next to you at every one of them.
Tell me what fits
A 60-second questionnaire covers budget, must-haves, and timing. Then I only send homes that actually match.
Get pre-approved
A local lender confirms your budget so sellers take your offer seriously from day one.
Tour & choose
We walk homes together — I'll point out what the photos don't show, good and bad.
Offer to contract
Earnest money, inspections, appraisal, underwriting — I track every date so nothing slips.
Closing day
Final walkthrough, signatures, keys in hand — and one small tradition waiting for you. More on that below.
A Signature Tradition
Every closing gets a car
After my very first transaction closed, I bought myself a little die-cast car as a trophy — I've always been into cars, and it felt right to mark the moment. It never really stopped. Ever since, at every closing, I pick out a die-cast car for my clients too, chosen for them and the home they just landed.
Somewhere along the way it became the thing people remember. Past clients don't just ask how the market is — they ask about the cars.
"So… what car did I get?" — the question I now hear at nearly every closing
Curious which one might have your name on it? This is not an exact science — Jeremiah does the real picking at the closing table — but here's a taste:
About Jeremiah
The short version
I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran who relocated from Colorado to East Tennessee — so when I say I understand what a big move feels like, I've actually done it. I got my Tennessee real estate license in April 2023 and joined Epique Realty, where I mostly represent buyers across the Tri-Cities.
My favorite part of the job is the negotiation table — fighting for my clients' numbers probably scratches the same itch as my old poker days. The part I take most seriously is everything after the contract signs: the deadlines, the paperwork, the phone calls that keep a closing from wobbling. And after closing, I stay in touch — most of my future business is past clients calling me back when it's their turn to sell.
Off the clock: St. Louis Cardinals baseball, football on Sundays, travel when I can get it, and my dog Loki, who supervises most of my paperwork from the couch.
